ABOUT WALKERSVILLE DAYS / what it's all about

Walkersville Day is an annual event held on the 3rd Saturday in May in Walkersville, Maryland. In previous years, the main focus of the event has been centered around individual yard sales, flea markets and food sales through churches and local businesses. In supporting the community, we want this event to grow. We want to unite the town and create a yearly event that everyone looks forward to attending. In doing so, the Walkersville Library and members of the WBPA (Walkersville Business and Professional Association) have joined together to kick-start a new era of Walkersville Days. We’re sponsoring family themed events and activities that allow us to come together as a town and celebrate the whole weekend. Our hope is to inspire new events, new friendships and new opportunities.
